We’re excited to introduce the new and improved Member Portal!

We’ve upgraded the Member Portal to provide you with an easier, faster, and more secure way to access your information.  

Through the Member Portal, you can:

  • Review and update your account information
  • View your spousal and dependant children details (if applicable)
  • Verify your HourBank account and eligibility
  • View your work history
  • Access the Claims Portal

What’s new

The new portal features a modern design, enhanced security, and a more personalized experience. Over the next few months, we’ll be adding new tools and features to make managing your benefits even easier.

Important update: Re-registration required for existing users

As part of this change, members who were previously enrolled on the current portal must re-register to access the new portal.

Members who have not yet registered will need to complete the registration process for the first time.

Note: Access to the existing Member Portal will no longer be available after December 4, 2025. After this date, all members will need to use the new portal to view or manage their plan information.

How to access the New Member Portal

Select “Visit the Member Portal” and follow the instructions. For step-by-step guidance on registration and navigation, please refer to the PDF document.
